The chaplains at Dalhousie provide you with confidential conversations on personal and spiritual issues and also provide opportunities for prayer, worship, retreats, social outings, etc. We offer a non-threatening environment where you can address the basic questions of meaning and purpose, no matter what your faith or doubt may be. We also have a quiet room for prayer and meditation. We are available to help you locate a faith community of your tradition.
We currently represent the Anglican, Baptist, Engaged Buddhist, Christian Reformed, Islamic, Jewish, Lutheran, Roman Catholic and United Church of Canada faith traditions. We are, however, available and receptive to all regardless of religion and can refer you to the leaders of other faiths. Feel free to drop in any time to introduce yourself and to learn more about the office.
